• Who can apply?
Adults 18+ in recovery from substance use who are committed to maintaining sobriety and following house guidelines. Applicants must be medically stable and able to participate in daily community living.
• Do you accept referrals from treatment programs or professionals?
Yes. We accept residents referred through probation, drug court, or other court-ordered programs. A signed Release of Information (ROI) is required so we can coordinate with your probation officer or case manager, and compliance is reported according to your court requirements.
• Is there a curfew?
Yes. CADA Housing has a curfew of 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on weekends, unless other arrangements are approved in advance. Curfew times are monitored and documented as part of our accountability and safety expectations.
• Do you accept people involved with probation or drug court?
CADA Housing may accept residents who are on probation, parole, or involved with drug court, depending on our current eligibility criteria and bed availability. When someone is court-involved, we follow the conditions set by their supervising officer or court program. Our expectations can include attendance verification, mandatory drug and alcohol testing, curfew check-in logs, and immediate notification to the probation officer or supervising authority if there is a serious rule violation, relapse, or failure to comply with agreed-upon conditions.
• What happens if someone relapses?
CADA Housing has a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use in the home. If a resident relapses or is found using substances, they are required to leave the property for the safety and stability of the household. Residents who complete an appropriate detox or stabilization process may be considered for re-admission, depending on current availability and an updated screening.
• What is the minimum sobriety requirement to move into CADA Housing?
CADA Housing requires residents to be sober at intake. In most cases, this means at least 3–7 days of verified sobriety, typically tied to recent detox or stabilization paperwork. During admissions, we review documentation and confirm that the person has completed an appropriate detox process before moving into the home.
